I too have been playing the PC Beta. It is a quick fast paced COD game. Nothing new there. However, the maps that I played, they are very detailed and wonderful to look at, seem a little smaller than other COD maps, but hey that's just me?
Weapons and visuals are good, although not much offered in the way of customizing your character. Maybe that will improve with complete game. Graphics solid. I have an Intel i5 4670K, GTX 1060 3 GB and 16 Gb RAM. Set my FPS at refresh rate of monitor, 60, and runs smooth. Also, read somewhere that 60 fps is necessary for mouse input issues, like other COD games. Not bad for an older system on a new game. Again, typical COD, a solid MP game with a few new ideas. A "WAR Mode" that gives objectives and must be met in order to continue play. They are trying to make TeamPlay a must, and this mode might succeed. Not sure if its a solid buy yet. But I like the WW2 aspect. Classic COD! Give it a try and tell us what you think!

Oh my life, WW2 is awesome. Now I haven't been able to kill more than two others in MP, and one was a friendly......but I can say that the campaign is just marvelous. I'm a Titanfaller, never been much good at COD MP.

Just finished the beach landing, playing on Veteran thought might as well go authentic as possible. Amazing backdrops, sounds and firefights. Love the campaign so far.

MP is fun, but for me I guess it's going to take me a while. Can't employ TF tactics and aiming that's for sure. Grenades seem to be helpful.

Then again, I killed one of my own. Bluddy traitor!!

Hope you all give it a go, campaign is pretty amped and gets the blood pumping if campaigns are your thing.

    See you on the frontier.

Thanks for the review. Glad you are enjoying it. I will probably wait to pick it up on sale, because I just recently started gving more time to games I had paid full price for, but neglected, because I would always go back to the original Titanfall. I have about 5 I paid full price for and haven't really played much: Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel, Shadow of Mordor, Batman: Arkham Knight, Dishonored 2 and Rise of the Tomb Raider.

Oh yes, I absolutely loved the first one. I probably played the whole last part about 6 times going up to the lighthouse. I'm not very far into the second. I've barely started it, but I really like it.

Agree with the posts here about COD WW2. Sadly................my "skillzzzzzzzz" still suck and I have minimal success in game! Kinda frustrating. However, minus my lack of skills, this seems to be the game COD has wanted for a long time, and I think they have delivered! Great graphics, good maps, graphics, and overall game play. I tried the Campaign, not too successful, but the MP is fun, just very fast and again, if you lack skills, it will be a difficult and frustrating game. Can't seem to kill anyone, and I die with one shot, while I can't hit anyone else!!!!!!! I may continue to try the MP..................but I just do not know that I will ever improve. I am the level of player I am, and its no fun to be the "worst player" on the after-game leaderboard. THAT is exactly why I loved TF1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Always played well, had high level in leaderboard, and even won a few games. THEN, they changed the game a little, and I lost interest. Sorry, but that is my truth. I enjoy video games, just am not sure how much longer I want to play a game and be frustrated my results. Otherwise, COD WW2 is a "BUY THIS GAME"!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank for your review King. Appreciate it. I feel I would have about the same experience as you, but it is good to know that you feel the game is worth it even if it is pretty hard.

I think its why many players join clans to play. More fun WITH a group than alone. At least you might be better than someone. Right? LOL The game is hard for me, others don't seem to have the problems I do.
Yes, the game is worth the price and it looks amazing. The Campaign opening is long, but when you get to Normandy Beach.......it goes completely crazy!!!! Gotta watch saving Private Ryan again!

Yes, you are probably right about it being better to be in a clan in a game like that.

Yes, Saving Private Ryan is a great movie. I remember watching it with my one girlfriend and she was ripping up on the guy who froze on the stairs who was supposed be delivering more ammunition. I told her you don't know how you would react unless you were in that situation. No one does. It can be shocking and traumatizing, especially if you were never exposed to it before.

Hope no one minds, but on a related note, I used to travel to Virginia with my old Pastor once a year to take a group of teenagers to a youth gathering of about 1000. My Pastor would always try to pick a side trip for us to do one day. One year, he picked the D-Day Memorial in Bedford, Virginia. My first thought was, "Oh great...looking at a stupid statue. Real exciting." Well, my eyes were filled with tears many times that day, especially when we had the fortune of running into an older gentleman in a baseball cap who lives in the area and visits there regularly to share with people. You see, he just so happened to be one of the first on the beach in Normandy. He shared seeing his buddies go down all around him, smelling the concentration camps when they were 20 miles away from them, living in the same wet uniforms and boots for weeks. My face was covered in tears when I shook his hand and said, "Thank you."

I highly recommmend visiting the memorial if you are in the area. Bedford was chosen because percentage-wise, they lost the largest number of men from their community. If you go to the "Visiting" menu and then select "Photo Gallery" you can see some pictures. It was beautifully designed and executed.

Oh man, I am sure it's not just me but I've been trying to keep it real and like TF I've gone the battle rifle, the good ol Garand (G2 was my birthing on both TF's) before I go auto. Must say I'm getting better at it, now have a shotgun as a secondary and the two together seem to do ok. Only level 14 now though lol, I'm pretty bad.

What strikes me though, Campers......(bluddy kidding me right!!!!) rife, and the good old quickscopers (which is cool I can't do it) kinda killing the matches slightly, but that might just be me.

Hard to go from the fast movement and AI everywhere causing chaos to slow awkward running, and being snotted by a quickscoper on the other side of the map lol.

But it's bad ass as, do love it, well worth it I reckon. I'm still campaigning on veteran, that's actually not much fun lol maybe I should down scale otherwise apart from 2 seconds between each death of mine, the missions are just marvelous.

Yeah, I'm sure it is going to be very frustrating to me, because I do like the fast movement and AI of Titanfall and I'm really not that great of a shot. It does sound like the frustration might be worth it though, because it does sound like a pretty nice game otherwise.

The game is a very fast paced, always moving around (typical COD game) fps. The one game type is the WAR mode that makes you move from area to area and complete specific tasks. That slows down a bit, but otherwise its very quick. IF this is the game style you like, then its a definite buy. I find it too fast and furious for me.................but that's just my opinion. Also, having fellow players in game is a definite must. You will die quickly and team members can be of great service to those of lesser skills.

Yea I'm loving that War mode, that's pretty awesome. Managed to get a first place in deathmatch last night 28 kills!!! but then the next match only 4 lol. I am really enjoying it at the moment, most of the MP modes are a lot of fun. Definitely rate the campaign hard as hell on veteran but awesome.
