I love Titanfall but, here recently I've been playing and I can't find anyone pilots or even grunts half of the time. I really like this game it fits my style of the run and gun, I really like the smart pistol to farm grunts with"especially since I can't aim down the sites because I can only have use my left hand". I'm not sure why everyone is treating this game like Call of Duty all of the sudden hiding remote places (Camping). I thought that this game was going to be pilots moving more due to the parkour aspect of the game. I know I am not going to be playing the pilot skirmish mode. I'm sure people are treating it just like COD by camping on a larger scale map. I know I'm not that good @ this type of game but I still like to have fun, the grunts and spectras real nice addition to the game because even I can score some points to help out my team. I used to score anywhere between 60 and 70 points in attrition and now I'm lucky to score 40 since the new update.
Look at your minimap, the large dots are pilots firing, also use the red scan thingy so you can see behind the walls, and kill peeps camping.
Also make sure you have equipped the Minion Detector in your load-out. I'm assuming you might have selected the guardian chip or maybe the dome protector...? If you've chosen something else in that 2nd load-out slot, you won't see the minions (grunts and spectors) on your mini map so you won't be able to chase 'em down!
Some of the new DLC is a bit campy because of the design but it's generally only a couple in their spawn with snipes on. But basically what the others said. Also, when you see minions spawn up you can be fairly certain of pilots spawning up there as well.
