    Hi everyone, I thought I would just pop in and let everyone know that if you pre-ordered Titanfall on Origin, and subsequently upgraded to the Titanfall Digital Deluxe to just go check your bank account statements and your Order History on Origin to ensure you haven't been double billed for the game.

    I woke up this morning and was billed twice for the game: one at $79.95 and the other $99.95. I'm currently sitting in a queue to get in contact with a EA Rep to see if it is possible to get a refund for the first copy.

    Ouch, that really does suck and I hope it gets resolved within a matters time. I wouldn't worry though. With "Origin's Good Game Guarantee" you are allowed to get a refund from what I see.

    Yeah the weird thing is I've only received one CD Key for the original pre-order and not a CD Key for the Digital Deluxe version.

    Just an update for everyone, I was issued a refund for the double billing. It was an overwhelmingly painless process.

    If you also have the same issue, I'd advise you to get in contact with EA/Origin Support by logging in to the EA Help webpage, scrolling down to the bottom of page and find the "Contact Us" section. Please note the wait can be above 30minutes.

    The "Contact Us" section of the webpage will ask you a series a questions and direct you to an online chat session with a EA Advisor where you can request a refund.

    Things to have on hand are if you have been double billed (to speed up the process);
    1. The Order Number (Which can be found in "Order History" of your Origin Account) of the pre-order you wish to cancel.
    2. The last 4 digits of your credit card.

    Great news! :) I have to say, for a "not so great" company, they do have some decent CS.

    Glad to hear it was resolved for you dude. Was going to say, I didn't have any issues with my upgrade to Deluxe - for next time, just make sure you hop into your purchase history and cancel the existing pre-order before paying for the upgrade. That's how I did it :)

    And that's exactly how I didn't do it! I thought that upgrading meant upgrading and not buying another upgraded version lol

    In my experience, I've dealt with far worst companies than EA lol.

    Credit where credit is due, I think EA support is pretty helpful when it comes to these things. Back when I bought BF4 Premium, I accidentally bought it on the wrong account. EA support were able to refund me so I could purchase it again right away on the correct account. Thumbs up to them. :)

    I have a similar problem from earlier today, I was double billed (again) for the game when the original purchase went through a month ago, they had fixed the prior double bill. I called Origin to be told their customer service people that handle this are off early for the holiday and they will get back to me by email today. I wasn't aware Halloween was a holiday and I still haven't received an email.
    Be wary of dealing with Origin, if I purchase another Origin game I will be purchasing in a store from now on, Origin has lost my trust entirely. Happy holiday Origin, I hope you got lots of candy.
