You're a merc and there is Hub city. You customize your weapon with even more powerful parts that you build by collecting rare items. You pick a militia faction to fight for for money which you can change whenever you want. You go on raids with your crew, like boarding spaceships for booty like a spacepirate. I think the Titanfall lore is a far more interesting premise than Destiny.
TL/DR: only of its a separate game from the competitve shooter we already have I think RPGs/loot games can be done really well, and they can be done really poorly. Most AAA games that are trying to mimic the loot addiction formula lack the understanding of what makes those games fun: getting unreal, complex, and insanely overpowered gear that in no way respects ballance. they simply put call of duty style gun attachments and perks behind rng: "oh sweet! I finally got those extended mags I've been farming for the last 13 weeks."... Sorry, but that's just the tip of my iceberg of complaints with a lot of these overhyped games of late. I think it would be pretty sweet if there was a separate game developed in the TiFa universe that followed a rpg/loot formula, but not if its as shallow and simple as most of these "AAA" hype machines. But bare in mind this would be a completely separate game from the competitive shooter we all know and love.
Yeah, I farmed the Division to get the best Sentries Call gear with Lone Star for the ammo count. Got a really nice 226 GS going on, now they've moved the goal posts so it'll all count for s**t. Titanfall is a fast and fluid game. I'd leave it at that!
Dude I couldn't even give that game the time of day. They at least shouldve put some freaking zombies in that game or something lmao
you customize your titan being a big thing. like engine, system control, AI...finding legendary nuke engine...armour and so on.
a series story line multiplayer would be interesting , picture every week or every 2 weeks a dlc was added to the story , if you were to pick a faction and wile playing it would set the out come of the story a bit
