    I have bought one or two Titans individually (Tone and Legion) and I'm sure before the new patch went live you could buy the monarch too.
    I checked the store and i cannot find it any where. You can buy various packs but none seem to include this particular Titan (even the Monarch customisation set which is a tad weird)

    Perhaps I'm mistaken?

    If you're talking Prime Titans, Monarch does not have a Prime variant.
