You seem to be the person to ask. How does these network lobbies work? I see this "happy hour" but it's never close to when I play. Are they trying to encourage people to switch lobbies outside of their geographic location and if so wouldn't that contribute to lag? I've noticed quite a few laggy players recently and I have a hunch it's because of the switch.
Overall the different networks are more like clubs - a way to group players together with similar interest. Each network has a Happy hour set by the admin that will award player extra merits for playing during that time. I wouldn't suggest changing your data center on the main screen unless you are having issues with a high ping or laggy gameplay. I would visit the Titanfall website to be able to search and view networks a bit easier. https://www.titanfall.com/en_us/networks/ I know a lot of people that play in a network strictly because the hour hour is suiting to them but it is all about what you prefer. This community page has a network to join and also reach out to new players here (how I have found most of the pilots I team with) . Remember you can join multiple networks and set the "active" network as the one you want to currently use (for happy hour or teaming) Hope that helps!
Definately - Mine is kind of a bad example as it is very small and there are normally only a few players on a time. Happy Hour is being changed to 2pm to support players world wide and their varying time zones.
