I'm sorry to hear about your heart troubles. Hope you are doing better today. Yes, that is the spirit my friend. Yeah, I think you are right about that. A lot of older people frown on their peers playing video games, because, "Oh, that's kids stuff. Grow up.", but yet they will have no problem playing tennis, or racquetball, or bowing or golfing. If it entertains you and makes you feel good, that's all that matters. I think you are right that if they allowed themselves to actually try it enough to get good at some games they might even find that they love it.
Watch it with those "older people" comments. I am a little older and get great support from my family and friends. Great for my arthritic hands and keeps my mind alive and helps my reflexes. Video game playing is better than watching "The Bachelor" which is totally mindless!
