I have a PC controller, don't know the brand. Some reason it's not working with titan fall , it works perfectly on assassin creed 4 , any one else have this problem , or does a Xbox controller only work with this game?
try x360ce an put the executable in the root folder of the game...if doesn't work put it in a folder called "Bin" inside de game's folder
it works great with assassin creed 4 without third party, i guess ill buy a xbox 360 wireless adapter
I don't know, man. Steelseries doesn't make any controllers for PC at all. The Stratus and other mobile controller are the only one they make. You're best bet is to get a 360 controller or something. Sorry about the issues you're having.
I'm having the same issue. I cannot figure out where to put the xinput file for x360ce in titanfall's directory. I am using an xbox one controller with the workaround driver that was released a couple days ago.
So I figured out how to get the x360ce program working with a generic PC controller. It's because Titanfall uses 64 bit/source engine it doesn't work with regular x360ce method. 1. Download the x360ce app (google search it) and save it too your desktop. 2. Run the app (make sure its not in your Titanfall folder) and configure your controller how you want, make sure the controller on the screen is coloured and not greyed out. Hit save. 3. Now copy the .ini file the app just made called something like x360ce.ini. Paste it into your Titanfall folder. 4. Now google search "x360ce 64 bit" 5. Download the file called x360ce_lib64_r848_VS2010.zip 6. Extract it into your Titanfall folder. 7. Play! You may get an error message just click OK the game will run fine. This worked for me guys hope I could help someone! Any questions let me know I wrote this while I was at work so it might not be clear. Cheers!
^^ Give this guy a medal, thanks a alot man worked perfectly, saved me couple of bucks, was going to buy the xbox 360 adapter for pc.
