Hey Pilots! Emira here and we are back with another Road to Gen 100 and this time we test the Kraber, i've never done much in the way of sniping....So i thought it might be fun to give it a whirl haha. Do we have any snipers out there? If so what advice can you give, should i aim down sights more? Or should i only aim when required :L As always thanks for you advice and help guys
Hey Emira, yeah War Games is a nice map. I'm not a very good sniper myself, but I would say try to pick a spot where you have cover ,but also good sitelines to a high traffic area. In TF1, the absolute best places to snipe were where you had a perfect line of sight to the hack panel of one of the giant turrets, because once a player started hacking they were stuck there stationary long enough for you to take your time and line up the shot. The other thing I would say is that when you are moving with it, especially inside of a building, don't think of it as a sniper riifle, just pretend you are carry a close quarters shotgun and use it that way.
