Titanfall 2 Officially Releasing in 2016 Oh. Boy. We have official word from EA regarding Titanfall 2's release date & they've confirmed that the game will arrive in 2016. When speaking a Morgan Stanley conference, EA's CFO confirmed that both Titanfall 2 & Battlefield 5 (probably a working title) will arrive before Christmas in 2016. Here's the quote from GamesRadar: While we had speculation that Titanfall 2 would arrive this year thanks to the toy release date being leaked, it's great to have confirmation directly from the game's publisher - EA. When do you guys think the game will officially release? If I had to guess, I would say August at the earliest & November at the latest. November might make more sense now that Mass Effect 2 has been delayed into early 2017. EA could release a new Battlefield in September & Titanfall 2 in November, but that still feels too close for two first-person shooters. Thanks to @Bruvas for the heads up on the news!
Hmmm, before Christmas huh. Note to self... move Titanfall 2 from Xmas list to either the Halloween or Thanksgiving gift list.
Oh man that's ace news, can't wait. I may have even learned to bunny hop by then! (There's also a chance playing Layers of Fear will give me a heart attack before tf2)
Hmm. I didn't think they'd want to go up against any games in the holiday season and I think any time before that seems far too close with nothing even be teased or released yet about the game.
Well third quarter in the US is April-June which is inline with their last release window. Whoops, EA's third financial quarter ends December. I reckon they'll go early with TF2 and leave BF to the late October/November release as it doesn't naturally compete with CoD. TF is a slow burner and they'll be happy to hype the f*ck out it at E3 with release in 3 months or so. Either way it's this year. Awesome stuff. Doom and TF2 in the same year, I'll look back at this year on my deathbed and believe it to be the best year of my life. Not sure fella. You'd think that all the money CoD and Destiny rolled in for Activision they'd not need to worry, and with EA doing their own shows, you'd think that would cost them more. There must be a good reason of course.
As I stated previously in another thread. The game will be a Holiday Release. I would go as far to say it will be a Bundle. Pow...there I said it....
Not certain if they'll bundle it as it's coming to ps4 too and they'll not want to alienate them. It'll be interesting to see what company gets their logo at the end of the TV adverts.

I doubt it. Probably not until Respawn officially announces something (most likely on March 11th at this point).
