Anyone had any experience with either the new console or controller?
    Impressions? Reviews?

The larger HDD is a must. I've got a 2TB external and have about 40% free space....

I'd love the elite controller, but I already have 2 gen 1 Xbox one controllers, so I can't justify the purchase at the moment :(

Well, I bit the bullet and the bundle will arrive on Dec 3.

I'll post my experience(s) as I get some time to work with it.

    So far so good.

I received the Elite console and controller yesterday afternoon. Very impressed with the professional weight and feel of the controller. I only had time for a few rounds last night but earned enough Battle Marks to jump two full rankings. Consider my SOLD!

BTW, a few days into the experience and still loving the combo. The controller just responds so much faster and accurately. The feel and weight are also very impressive.

Sounds good, do you use the paddles? And more importantly for me, do the trigger stops make the right trigger more responsive? ( I might be able to use the ga24 rifle better then:))

No controllers in Eastern Canada. :(:(
The more I read about it the more I want one. Mainly because of the paddles. At least for TF, the bumper jumper layout I like does not allow for the use of the vortex sheild and I have hardly ever used it effectively because of this. The paddles will open a whole new aspect of the game for me. I need to squeeze it all from TF.

All out of stock here in UK too :(
Sorry if I'm being nosy a-train, but do you use bumper jumper or b.jumper pilot? The latter keeps use of left bumper for vortex shield etc.

They seem to be out of stock everywhere. $150 is a hard sell for me. Guess I'll have to start a couple of Fund Me pages on Facebook so I can get TF2 with all the DLC too.;)

I use he one where the left bumper controls the jet pack and allows you more flexibility wall running etc. the tactical ability is moved to the A button. The left bumper for e vortex makes it really hard to aim the sheild unless you use three fingers on each side of the controller which I can do but am too lazy to play that way all the time such that I am skilled. It is far easier just not to use the vortex. Tips are welcome.
