I played one of the top teams on Gamebattles.. they all ran Arc cannons and dropped Titans at same time, it was rough without a competent team.
Arc Cannon is like a underestimated tickle on your Titan. First shot is kinda laughable, then the second makes you go 'Oh shi*!' but by then the third shot is already off... I love it with capacitor. You can easily keep that thing 70% charged all the time
Indeed, if you look at my history I even bitched once... Now I've been using it, lately I will say, goose kills have increased by about 66 percent per match
Sssshhhhh guys! Someone will read this and make a 'Take out the arc cannon' thread!! (Followed by about 20 more threads of a similar nature)
Loaded up Titanfall. Looked at player skirmish. Healthy enough population. Hardpoint domination it was!!
I really don't see the reason you bought TITANfall to play a game-mode without Titans. The point of the game is to mix mechs with humans. In my opinion Pilot Skirmish is the worst game-mode ever added in Titanfall as it plays like COD where everybody camps and the game always goes time-limit.
It's just that sometimes you just want to kill pilots without worrying about gaint titans. It's just a gamemode to hop in and relax and test some weapons without immediately having to duck and cover when you aren't in a titan. No way I don't love Titans it's just a change of pace. Btw, most games have minimal campers and end with the score. Or at least the matches I played!
It does! But in Pilot Skirmish everyone is camping just because the majority of the rushers uses the SP and they are afraid they will always get outgunned since the SP is way more powerful on the PC because of the mouse. Personally I never use the SP and I always rush but the campers are a huge problem in this game-mode.
Xbox Pilot Skirmish is awesome. Not many campers and basically no smart pistols since it would be suicide to use a SP on pilots head on.
I'm not a fan of Pilot Skirmish as previously stated but I am a fan of a developer giving the community OPTIONS instead of telling them how to play a game. It's refreshing nowadays to see that.
