I have tried playing TF on both cpu's and amd fx 8320 chip cannot hold stable fps, its ranging from 70 to 120 fps , with some spikes to 130+, with intel cpu I have almost stable 144fps. On the other side, amd cpu 8 cores are not under heavy load, does it mean than cpu optimization is done more for intel cpu? or is it only some configuration issue?
