Can't sign in

    I have been having trouble the past few days and have been unable to get any further into the game than the title screen as I cannot sign in. I know people had this problem back in March.

    Can anyone help me out as I have tried everything from reinstalling the game to doing a complete reset of my xbox one and deleting the persistent storage

    It's likely your internet connection. Check with your internet service provider.

    It happened to me.

    I thought that so I took my xbox to a friends and tried it there with the same result.

    All other games includong fifa and battlefield 4 work perfectly online.

    Really have no idea what's going on

    get xbox live to start with if ya aint got it : if ya got it check your wire/wireless connection etc go on xbox live's website and follow some of their links and last resort is call them or have a chat with some of their employees

    All sorted now .... i ended up removing the game completely including dlc (which I didn't remove before) ... and re installed ... it seems to be fine now
