With the recent leak of the Titanfall beta on the Origin website, I've come across some great information. We'll be able to live stream the Titanfall beta on Twitch.tv, which means that we'll likely be able to upload footage to YouTube as well! @TwitchTVSupport Hehe, it's Alpha. But YES! We appreciate the support, Twitch! You guys rock. If we do have a beta...streaming would be ok— Respawn (@Respawn) January 17, 2014 Now, we just have to wait to see the announcement of the beta.. and then hopefully we'll also receives the Titanfall beta dates.
I have a feeling we won't see the Xbox One Twitch integration (streaming) go live until May or June now. They've been pretty mum on details as of late.
For anyone worried that the tweet above wasn't confirmation enough, here's another more direct confirmation from Respawn: @jahladagaming @abbieheppe Yes— Respawn (@Respawn) January 28, 2014
Since the XBOX One's HDMI port is free of HDCP, you can stream via Elgato Game Capture HD. I have one, it is pretty easy to setup and get going.
Yup, I actually have the ElGato device for my Xbox One. I'm planning to at least record gameplay, and maybe stream if I have time and my connection cooperates!
i'm getting the AVerMedia Gamr Chapture HD 2 the only way i can record because my PC is not next to my Gaming Consoles. I also have the AVerMedia Game Capture HD 1 but it does not have a HDMI setup
